Chat Management

By positioning ourselves in the first tab of the console, you will be able to view all the chats that have attended by our chatter team

Step 1: By clicking on a chat, you will be able to review all the interaction between the Chatter and the customer.

Step 2: When reviewing the chats, you have the option to add filters. This will do a search and selection and show you the ones that match the criteria you have entered.
