The conversation is everything between the initial and final greeting, regardless of its duration or number of interactions. A conversation is considered over when the customer logs out or is inactive for 10 minutes.

The main difference between our plans is the level of integration of your business with the platform and our chatters. The STARTER plan allows you to access the ChatCenter platform and connect up to two users at no cost. The PRO plan contemplates 100% human attention with a team of chatters available 24 hours a day. Finally, the ENTERPRISE plan includes all the features of the previous plans, plus a Supervisor, an exclusive Chatters Team and personalized integrations, for example, with some internal company system like a CRM. Also, the Enterprise model has the possibility of hiring agents by the hour for different operational tasks.

3 days before all the conversations are consumed you will receive an email letting you know that your plan is about to be consumed, so you can purchase new conversations. Then, the same day that all the conversations have been consumed, you will receive a new notice and will have 24 hours to recharge your account. If those 24 hours pass and you do not recharge the conversations, the service will be deactivated.

You can add unlimited sites to your account at no additional cost. You can also integrate them into all available communication channels at no additional cost.
