Frequently asked questions
The conversation is everything between the initial and final greeting, regardless of its duration or number of interactions. A conversation is considered over when the customer logs out or is inactive for 10 minutes.
The main difference between our plans is the level of integration of the Chatters team with your company. The Starter plan allows you to access your Chatters team and we generate tickets from our platform. The Pro plan contemplates integrations that are already developed and available, for example, Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify, Magento, sales tracking, and many more, or your Chatters performing internal operations through specific access to your platform/s. Finally, the Enterprise plan includes all the features of the previous plans, a dedicated Chatters Team and Supervisor and custom integrations, for example, with some internal system of the company.
3 days before all the conversations are consumed you will receive an email letting you know that your plan is about to be consumed, so you can purchase new conversations. Then, the same day that all the conversations have been consumed, you will receive a new notice and will have 24 hours to recharge your account. If those 24 hours pass and you do not recharge the conversations, the service will be deactivated.
You can add unlimited sites to your account at no additional cost. You can also integrate them into all available communication channels at no additional cost.
