Knowledge Base

The primary tool with which Chatters will respond to most common questions from your customers and for the assembly of the BOT flow.

Step 1: The knowledge base is organized from topics that must be created by clicking on the “+Add” button. This will open a box where you can enter the name of the new theme.

Step 2: A window will open where you must fill in the requested information and then you must click on “Save”. You can add all the topics you consider necessary.

Step 3: On the screen you have the “New Question” button, which allows you to add a new question to the knowledge base.

*Once the option is selected, all the data needed when adding a question is displayed on the right side of the ChatCenter console.

Step 4: All the questions that you add to your knowledge base will be displayed on the left side of your console.

*To edit any, you must select it and the fields entered when creating it will open next to it.
