Step by step: How to use the new campaign scheduling feature Access the platform
1- Go to the Marketing tab in Chat Center.
2- Create your template:
- Click Add within the templates.
- Customize the message by including variable fields such as name, surname or phone number.
- Add an eye-catching image and, if you wish, a button that links to your website, documents or newsletter.
- Save and wait for Meta’s approval (usually takes less than 5 minutes!).
3- Configure the campaign:
- Go to the Campaign tab and click Add.
- Assign a name to your campaign and select the type (one-time or recurring).
- If you decide to schedule it, choose the date and time to send.
4- Preview and activate:
- Make sure everything is perfect.
- Upload the header image again and activate the campaign.
5- Monitor performance:
- Review the number of messages sent.
- In the actions section, you can see the details of each message and make adjustments if necessary.
